LESSON SERVICES. This Student Enrollment Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your purchase of instructional services from DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL. Lessons. The recurring tuition fee provides students with individual or group weekly lessons per month. TUITION. "Tuition" is defined as 4 weeks worth of lessons, guaranteed every month. If there happens to be a fifth week in the month, that lesson is a "bonus lesson", free of charge. Tuition and registration fee are due at the time of purchase, in advance. Tuition does not include book and materials costs. We may increase monthly fees in future months upon 30 days’ written notice. Tuition fees may be refunded in full prior to the delivery of any instructional services, with written notice received within 24 hours of your initial registration date (which may be provided at the designated email address). REGULAR ATTENDANCE is critical to the success of lessons. Please plan to attend all lessons and arrive on time and prepared. For students who prefer a more flexible approach and have specific scheduling needs, opting for single drum lessons instead of monthly tuition can be an ideal solution. With this option all individual lessons must be paid in advance, ensuring their commitment to the session.CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY. To cancel or reschedule a lesson at no cost, you must provide at least 24 hours prior notice. We will reschedule your lesson subject to instructors and school schedule. If you do not show up for a lesson or if you do not provide adequate notice, you may be charged for the missed lesson. In order to encourage attendance and the use of lessons, all unused lessons that have not been rescheduled will expire and be forfeited sixty (60) days after purchase. All unused bonus lessons that have not been rescheduled will expire and be forfeited thirty (30) days after purchase. There will be no refunds or cash redemption available for expired unused lessons.To cancel your enrollment, and to terminate your lessons, you must provide written notice to DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL management, which may be provided by email (at the designated email address), prior to the upcoming billing date of the subsequent month. Termination is effective on the date of notice. In the case of enrollment cancellation, all lesson tuition fees paid are non-refundable and any unpaid fees are immediately due. All unused lessons for canceled enrollment accounts will expire and be forfeited thirty (30) days from the date of notice of cancellation. There will be no refunds or cash redemption available for expired unused lessons for canceled enrollment accounts.DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL may, at its option, cancel your enrollment if you (a) do not make timely payments; (b) you fail to show up without notice for 2 consecutive lessons; (c) your conduct is rude, improper, or harmful; or (d) you have not taken a lesson or completed your registration for 90 days.POLICIES FOR MINORS. Communications between DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL staff with minor students should only be on site, at the facility, within DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL systems, and directly related to instruction. Any other communication should be between the adult parent/guardian of any minor student and DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL staff through DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL operated phones, systems, and proper email addresses through DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL . An adult parent or guardian must accompany any student under 12 years of age upon arrival and departure from every lesson.RENTAL POLICIES. All equipment rented from David Dias Drum School must be kept in good working condition, all equipment must be returned to David Dias Drum School if the student chooses a lesson plan that does not include equipment rental.The drum set rental agreement ensures that the instrument is well-maintained throughout the rental period. By signing the agreement, the renter acknowledges their responsibility to handle the drum set with care and keep it in good condition. Should any damages occur beyond normal wear and tear, fees will be charged based on the price of the drum set to cover the cost of repairs or replacement. This agreement encourages renters to treat the instrument respectfully, promoting a mutually beneficial arrangement between the renter and the rental service.CONCERTS. Students may choose to perform at the DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL CONCERTS, fees will be charged for the concert..

By signing these Payment Terms and Conditions, you agree to the following:
Authorization for Recurring Payments:
You authorize David Dias Drum School to charge the credit card on file for the monthly subscription fees associated with your selected lesson package. This charge will be automatically processed on the the 2nd day of each month.
Authorization for Individual Purchases:
In addition to your subscription, you authorize David Dias Drum School to charge the credit card on file for any individual lessons, classes, or products purchased outside of your subscription plan. These charges will be processed at the time of purchase.
Changes to Billing Information:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit card information on file is current and accurate. Please notify David Dias Drum School of any changes to your billing information before the next billing cycle to avoid disruption in services.
Failed Payment Policy:
In the event that a payment fails, you will be notified, and you will have 7 days to update your payment information. If payment is not received within 7 days, your subscription may be suspended, and access to lessons or products may be restricted until the outstanding balance is paid.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Subscription cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Refunds for individual purchases are subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy.
Agreement to Terms:
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms, authorizing David Dias Drum School to charge your credit card on file as outlined above.
DAVID DIAS DRUM SCHOOL will be closed on the following dates:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
December 23rd to January 2nd
Classes on these days will not be rescheduled, but students will not lose out, as months with 5 lessons will not be charged extra. Only 4 lessons will be charged, meaning the fifth lesson of those months will be free.
Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. If this happens, students will be properly notified of any changes.
